- Bug fixes/patches/maintenance releases for Windows/Linux Operating systems
2. The Basic 9-5 Plan delivers full, responsive maintenance and support services during normal, local business hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday). Incase assistance is required, beyond agreed service hours, a regulated fee will apply.
